These terms explain how Plants Direct presents listings, coordinates fulfilment, and handles customer interactions with independent growers and garden suppliers.

1. Marketplace role

Plants Direct is a marketplace that helps customers discover listings from participating growers and suppliers. Product availability, fulfilment settings, and order status depend on the live marketplace data supplied by those sellers and by the backend commerce system.

2. Product information

We aim to display accurate descriptions, pot sizes, lead times, and fulfilment details. Because listings can change, customers should rely on the specific product page and order confirmation shown at the time of purchase or enquiry.

3. Orders and enquiries

Some listings support direct checkout, while others are enquiry-only or quote-led. Checkout submissions create an order in the marketplace system. Enquiries create a lead for the seller or operator to respond to directly.

4. Delivery and pickup

Fulfilment options shown on a listing come from the seller's current marketplace configuration. Pickup windows, local delivery coverage, and any final fulfilment instructions may be confirmed after checkout or in the seller's follow-up communication.

5. Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate contact and address details, monitor email for fulfilment follow-up, and ensure any site-access or pickup requirements are communicated before completion where relevant.

6. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, submit false enquiries, interfere with marketplace operations, attempt unauthorised access, or use automated tools to disrupt normal browsing and checkout flows.
