Does every listing support checkout?
No. Plants Direct currently supports a mix of checkout-enabled, enquiry-led, and quote-led listings depending on the seller's setup.
How do delivery and pickup work?
Each listing exposes the fulfillment information currently available in the storefront payload. Pickup, local delivery, and lead times can vary by seller and by product.
How should I follow up on an order?
Keep the order reference shown on the checkout success page. Current customer account pages do not yet expose full order history, so the success-page reference remains the key support reference.
Can I contact a seller before ordering?
Yes. Enquiry and quote listings include a product enquiry form so you can confirm availability, delivery details, or special requirements with the seller.
